Local Health Records
Heart Master lets you record and review wellness information on your device. This may include heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, BMI, dates, notes, and trend history. These records are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our cloud servers.
If you decide to export, copy, or share your records outside the app, that action is performed by you.
Camera Permission
Some features may request camera permission while you use them, such as a feature that estimates heart rate or pulse through the camera sensor. The camera is used only during the active measurement session on your device.
- Heart Master does not take photos for this measurement feature.
- Heart Master does not record videos for this measurement feature.
- Heart Master does not save camera images or video frames.
- Heart Master does not upload camera images, video frames, or measurement images to our cloud servers.
- You can deny or revoke camera permission in your device settings. Camera-based features may be unavailable without this permission.
Device ID and Crash Review
To identify and fix app crashes, we may process a device identifier and limited technical diagnostic information. This may include crash logs, app version, device model, operating system version, crash time, and related technical details.
We use this information only to review crashes, fix bugs, improve performance, maintain security, and keep the app stable. We do not use your health records or camera data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Data Retention
Your local health records and app preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall Heart Master. Crash logs and device identifiers used for diagnostics are kept only for the time needed to investigate stability issues, resolve errors, maintain security, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
Deleting Data
- You can delete records inside Heart Master where the app provides a delete option.
- You can clear Heart Master app data in your device system settings.
- You can uninstall Heart Master to remove locally stored app data from your device.
- If you contact us by email, you may request deletion of that email conversation.
Diagnostic Service Providers
We may use trusted crash-reporting or diagnostic service providers to process limited technical information on our behalf. These providers help us find crashes and improve app reliability. We do not provide them with your local health records, camera images, photos, or videos.
Your Controls
You choose whether to enter wellness records in Heart Master. You can manage camera permission in your device settings. You can remove local app data by deleting records, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
